I just got back from seeing KMFDM live, with Human Factors Lab and Army of the Universe opening. It was an awesome show, and afterwords I went to the after party at my friend Bobby's encouragement.
You know its a great after party when the fucking bands show up to it. I ended up meeting Jules, Sascha Konietzko, and Lucia from KMFDM (and Kapt'n K fist bumped me when I mentioned my regret at not bringing my copy of their ultra-rare album Naive with me). I briefly danced with Lucia, and also Malia from HFL, and danced with the entirety of AotU for a while.
I'm sore as hell, exhausted, and I'm still not entirely sure if that all really just happened.
